All agreements include the option of setting a reminder stop. This means you pause for one month and then pay two installments at the end of the following month (see security package). With certain loan agreements (CREDIT-now, excluding loans granted as part of the millions promotion), you have the option of postponing two installments free of charge during the term of the agreement. This means that you can suspend the installment payment in your preferred month. The agreement is extended by one month as a result. If your agreement includes this option and you would like to take advantage of it, call us at least five days before the end of the month.
If your loan agreement does not include an option for payment deferral, you still have the option of a postponement. Deferral of payment costs CHF 50 and interest on arrears will be charged until repayment. It is important to note that the term of the agreement is not extended. This means that you would need to pay the outstanding installment within the remaining term, but at the latest together with the last installment.
