Convenient online identification

Here’s how:

• Have your contract number* and identification document (passport or ID card) ready for online identification. 
• Your eight-digit contract number can be found on the first page of your contract.

The online identification process is carried out on behalf of BANK-now AG via Intrum AG's website using the VideoIdent solutions provided by IDnow GmbH.
 

 
* If you are identifying yourself as a joint debtor, please add an "S" at the end of the contract number (e.g. 88888888S) during the online identification process.
